Power Pixels Terms and Conditions

• Power Pixels South Africa will be referred to as Power Pixels
• You can buy a minimum of 100 pixels. (We allow for a minimum of 10 pixels tall or wide) see FAQ.
• You can buy a maximum of 37,500 pixels (250 by 150).
• Logos/images must be submitted in GIF, JPG or PNG format, of a reasonable file size, and may not be animated.
• Rights to change the criteria for buying pixels or pixels structure are reserved by Pixel Power.
• Subject to availability and receipt of payment, Power Pixel will attempt to process your request within 48 hours.
• Only after your order has been accepted and  proof of payment has been acknowledged, you will you receive an ‘Activated’ email giving the necessary links to change and update your image.
• If your proof of payment does not reflect in the account within 24 hours your reserved space may be removed.
• The provision of services by Power Pixel is subject to availability. You can have your logo or image taken down at any time and change it using your account and emailed link, however once an order is placed there will be no refund of any amount.
• The logo/image you provide must be any reasonable size but will be re-sized to fill the space you have purchased.
• Under no circumstances will offensive images or adult material be placed on the Power Pixel website - a lot of companies advertising  on Power Pixels might not be interested if we allow xxx content. I will have full control over what is deemed suitable.
• If after your image and URL are accepted you then change the contents of your site to something offensive or adult in nature, you image will be removed and the space will be resold - no refund will be given.
• I will do my best to screen all links and images, but Power Pixels cannot be held responsible for the content of linked sites.
• Your image will be live exactly 730 days (two years) from the day of reservation. Close to the time of deletion you will receive and email asking if you would like to renew your pixels. If you choose to ignore the email it will be purged 10 days later.
• The site may be down occasionally for maintenance, but that will be kept to a minimum.
• I am going to do my best to make this site a success and fill up the main page – but I make no guarantees.
• By "buying" pixels you are buying the right to submit your logo/image as a representation of your support in assisting education
• Power Pixel shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
• Only bank transfers are accepted at this moment, the details of which will be provided on successful account creation and space  reservation.
• Power Pixel may, at its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
• Selling your space - you may at any time sell your space some one else, however the new owner will be liable for a re-registration fee of 10% of the site value.
